One of the more popular electronic items that are available today are some of the small notebook computers that are now on the market. These are not only convenient, but they are also extremely portable which allows us to work almost anywhere and to do so very comfortably.

Of course, not all of these small notebook computers are made alike and there are going to be some options that are available to you which you may want to choose from.

Regular sized notebooks are also notorious for running rather hot, which can make it uncomfortable for working with the notebook sitting directly on your lap. A small notebook computer, however, is going to run a lot cooler and it is not going to have the weight which is typically associated with a regular sized laptop. I recently purchased a new HP Laptop Computer and it seems to be a lot cooler than my old HP Laptop Computer. The old one generated so much heat that I used a Chillpad with it, which really fixed the problem of heat when holding it in your lap.

Most of us that have worked with laptops for a few years realize that the battery may run out after an hour and whenever the laptop has a few years of age on it, we might actually find that it is running out within minutes after we unplug the computer.

Small laptop computers tend to be getting better in this regard, and some of them can go six hours without any battery charging at all. As a matter of fact, it is recommended that you use the battery more than you use them plugged in, as this helps to keep the battery life staying strong.

You might also be surprised to learn that many of the small notebook computers that are available have all of the accessories that are included with the larger laptop. Things such as CD and DVD drives, multiple ports and other items make these notebooks very convenient to use regularly. Although the screen may be a little bit smaller than the larger laptop, this is often made up for with the convenience of using one of these notebooks regularly.
